Seller Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 20, 2026. Last Updated:March 20, 2026.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Afromark collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information

from merchants and business users who register for and operate through the Afromark Seller App

and related web tools.

2. Information We Collect

Afromark may collect merchant and business information including store name, business contact

name, phone number, email address, business address, tax identifiers where required, payout

details, product and inventory records, order and fulfillment records, support history, compliance

documents, and device or app usage information. We may also collect credentials, authentication

information, IP address, and logs associated with seller access to the platform.

3. How We Use Merchant Information

We use seller information to onboard and manage merchants, verify business details, publish and

manage listings, route orders, coordinate fulfillment and delivery, calculate fees and payouts,

provide merchant support, enforce marketplace rules, detect fraud, monitor product-quality

complaints, maintain internal business records, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Because Afromark operates a delivery-enabled marketplace in New York City, seller information

may also be used to resolve delivery incidents, non-delivery complaints, inventory disputes, claims

involving regulated products, and order-status investigations.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

Merchant information may be shared with customers as necessary to complete orders, with delivery

partners for fulfillment, with payment and payout providers, and with vendors providing hosting,

communications, analytics, security, support, and professional services. Information may also be

disclosed to regulators, law enforcement, courts, or insurers where necessary or legally required.

5. Security and Retention

Afromark uses reasonable safeguards to protect merchant information and retains records for as

long as reasonably necessary for marketplace operations, accounting, payouts, compliance, dispute

handling, fraud review, and legal obligations. Access to merchant records may be limited internally

based on role and business need.
